PowerCare is a subscription service included with your Active Learning solution purchase from PowerUpEDU.  PowerCare includes software renewal and updates from the manufacturer for one year from the activation date.  PowerCare also includes as-needed case management resolution performed via US-based phone, email or online chat with a PowerUpEDU Professional Services support representative.
